Valif 20 is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. The active ingredient in Valif 20 is Vardenafil, which is a type of medication known as a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor.

When a man is sexually aroused, his body releases nitric oxide, which in turn triggers the production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow in and resulting in an erection. PDE5 breaks down cGMP, which can lead to difficulty in achieving or maintaining an erection.

By inhibiting PDE5, Valif 20 helps to increase the levels of cGMP in the body, which in turn improves blood flow to the penis and helps to achieve and maintain an erection.

Valif 20 comes in tablet form, with each tablet containing 20mg of Vardenafil. It is usually taken orally 30-60 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects can last for up to 4-5 hours. It is important to note that Valif 20 should not be taken more than once a day.

Side effects :
